  • After termination, you must stop using the services. All rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Pikel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) during the six months before the claim arose.

7. Rights Reservation Notice

Pikel Ltd. reserves all rights to the names, trademarks, and technologies associated with:

  • Pikel: A platform for adaptive content creation, compliance, and review.
  • WhatsKey: A web application for inline document review, risk detection, and insight surfacing.
  • DARA: A proprietary AI system for structured reasoning and adaptive validation.

These rights apply to all use in AI-assisted writing, compliance automation, and content auditing. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless another method is agreed upon in writing.
